4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected through automated or partially automated means via our website, phone, WhatsApp, and email, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: your explicit consent, conclusion or performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by legal obligations or service necessities. Transfers to authorized public authorities and institutions, when requested, may be made under Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

6. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11

By applying to the data controller, you are entitled to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information about the processing,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used as intended,
  • Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred (domestically or abroad),
  • Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7 of KVKK,
  • Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties,
  • Object to results obtained against you through automated systems,
  • Demand compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
